Nicolas Mendez

Nicolas is a young and inspiring team leader with over eight years of dedicated experience in corporate property services and workplace management and now oversees the operations and delivery of Integrated Facility Management services across a diverse portfolio encompassing 14 of JLL’s corporate offices in Australia and New Zealand.

Commencing his career is hospitality after completing a bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management, Nico’s passion for exceptional client service has seen him work in many large corporates where customer centricity and workplace experience is at the centre of their values including the ANZ Bank, Australia Post, UniSuper and now JLL.

Nicolas possess an unwavering commitment to continuous learning, consistently integrating innovative trends and best practices into workplace environments.   His enthusiasm extends to fostering collaboration with and leadership of diverse and highly skilled teams all tasked with the need to deliver quality with sincerity in a demanding environment.
